SOBO DXB is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about events, content creation, and community engagement. You’ll be responsible for showcasing the SOBO vibe online, building excitement around our brunches and nightlife experiences, and keeping our audience hooked.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
•Cover live event content when required, including stories, reels, and quick edits
•Coordinate with the design and video team for creative assets
•Maintain the monthly content calendar and ensure timely posting
•Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and manage basic influencer collaborations
•Report on performance metrics and suggest improvements
•Stay on top of social trends and event culture in Dubai
What We’re Looking For:
•1-2 years of experience in a similar social media/events role
•Fluent in English and Hindi
•Confident with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and content tools
•Strong understanding of event-based storytelling and nightlife culture
•Available to work flexible hours including weekends when required
•A self-starter who can work independently and deliver on deadlines

We’re looking for an organized and enthusiastic Operations & Reservations Coordinator to handle the logistics that make our events seamless. From managing guest lists and bookings to supporting smooth on-ground execution, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep things running behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle all incoming booking inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
•Maintain an updated reservations database and table plan weekly
•Coordinate with venue teams on guest lists, table allocations, and client preferences
•Support the team during events – check-ins, VIP management, and coordination
•Liaise with DJs, hosts, vendors, and other collaborators on event day logistics
•Help troubleshoot operational issues during events
•Provide weekly reports on reservations and guest data
What We’re Looking For:
•1-2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or nightlife coordination
•Fluent in English and Hindi
•Highly organized with excellent communication and multitasking skills
•Comfortable with spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, and event tech platforms
•Available to work weekends and late evenings when required
•A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
